Questions

What happens if I fail my driving test exam?
If you fail your practical or theoretical test, you must wait a mandatory 14 days to clear your records. After that period, you can log back into eCitizen, pay a fresh booking fee of Ksh 650, and reserve the next available date.
Can I change my driving test appointment date or location?
Yes, but modifications must be submitted via the portal at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled slot. If you miss your window or skip the exam, your booking fee is forfeited.
