Digital government
Most national public services are delivered online through eCitizen and related agency portals, with Huduma Centres offering assisted in-person access.
This page is guidance only. CitizenGuide.KE does not process applications or take payments. Use official government portals for transactions.
eCitizen
eCitizen is the main government services gateway for many national services. You create an account, apply, pay and track applications on official domains only.
Huduma Centres
Huduma Centres are one-stop service centres where citizens can access multiple government services with assistance. They complement — not replace — online systems.
Stay safe online
Phishing sites often copy eCitizen, KRA or NTSA branding. Check the web address carefully and never share one-time passwords (OTPs).
