Questions

Why does late birth registration cost more than normal registration?
The extra fee covers the manual security tracking, archive searches, and vetting protocols required to verify an unrecorded birth and safely input a new profile into the central IPRS database without duplication.
Can an adult over 30 years old apply for birth registration using this path?
Yes. Adults who never received a birth certificate can utilize this portal feature. They will need to provide strong historical trail markers, such as primary school records, baptismal cards, or National ID cards alongside parents' tracking data.
