Questions
Can I sell my car while waiting for a duplicate logbook?
No. You cannot legally transfer ownership or initiate a logbook swap online on eCitizen without a verified, active digital certificate of registration on your dashboard.
What happens if I find my old missing logbook after the duplicate is issued?
The moment a duplicate logbook is generated, the old physical certificate of registration is formally deactivated on the NTSA central database. It becomes legally void and should be surrendered for destruction.
