Public Service Delivery Charter

The Consular Section coordinates biometric e-passport renewals, emergency travel certificate processing, student visa validations, and document authentication checklists for the extensive Kenyan student and resident diaspora community across India. All applications must be initiated online via the eCitizen interface before physical appointments can be approved at the Vasant Vihar complex.
