Public Service Delivery Charter

The Consular Section manages biometric e-passport renewals, emergency travel certificates processing dockets, vital statistics registrations, and document authentication checklists for Kenyan citizens resident across Ghana and Burkina Faso. In compliance with public administration rules, applications must be initiated via eCitizen before biometric verification appointments can be approved at the Airport Residential Area office.
