Public Service Delivery Charter

The Consular Section coordinates the processing and issuance of biometric East African Community e-Passports, dual citizenship regularizations, and authentication declarations. Applications must be routed via eCitizen before physical appointments can be approved at the Canberra office.

This administrative center is physically closed to the public on the following sovereign dates outside of standard Kenyan statutory public holidays:
