The Embassy of the Republic of Kenya in Tehran is the primary sovereign mission dedicated to advancing Kenya's bilateral diplomatic relationship, energy sector partnerships, and trade development corridors within the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Middle East.

The Mission executes significant regional responsibilities by carrying out concurrent diplomatic mandates across three sovereign Central Asian and Caucasus nations: Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. Strategic priorities center on expanding South-South agricultural technology integration lines, accelerating tea export trade volumes, and reinforcing technical and infrastructure development frameworks.

Public Service Delivery Charter

The Consular Section coordinates emergency travel certifications, vital records verifications, biometric passport renewal processing channels, and status verifications for the Kenyan diaspora resident across Iran and accredited Central Asian jurisdictions. All passport application protocols must be initiated via the eCitizen interface before a physical document verification assignment can be approved at the Tehran office.
