Public Service Delivery Charter
The Consular Section coordinates biometric e-passport renewals, emergency travel certificate documentation, vital records registrations, and dual-citizenship processing dockets for Kenyan nationals resident across Indonesia, Singapore, and the Philippines.
In line with modern public administration frameworks, all visa verification pathways have transitioned entirely to the global Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) system. All civic passport applications must be initiated via the eCitizen interface before structural biometric verification data files can be processed at the Jakarta complex.
