The Consular Section coordinates biometric e-passport renewal processing arrays, dual-citizenship confirmations, vital statistics registrations, and emergency travel documentation issuance for Kenyan nationals residing in Belgium and Luxembourg. In line with modern governance frameworks, all applications must be initiated online via eCitizen before physical document submission appointments can be assigned.
