The Embassy and Permanent Mission of the Republic of Kenya in Vienna is the strategic diplomatic outpost driving Kenya's sovereign interests within the Republic of Austria and across Central Europe.
The Mission serves a dual bilateral and multilateral role, actively managing relationships with United Nations agencies headquartered in Vienna, including the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the UN Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), and the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).

Public Service Delivery Charter
The Consular Section delivers critical civic services to Kenyan citizens and foreign applicants. Kenyans residing across Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Ukraine can process biometric e-passport requests, coordinate diaspora registry assignments, and file dual-citizenship declarations. All processes require an eCitizen tracking application prior to office document submission windows.
